I am really impressed by your recipe. I teach cooking and healthy sting for a job in Malaysia (I am a Kiwi) and have written a book about natural food and eating. I am super fussy about recipes and who they are written because I write so many for my classes and I can honestly say yours are excellent. You got the magic! Your site/blog is classy and cool.

Have you heard of 101 cookbooks? I am sure you have. It is great, too.
